Limit Internet access to a defined list of URLs

:?: We have 240+ public computers in 37 libraries linked thru a WAN. We want to create a situation on a limited number of PCs for Internet access thru a "Walled Garden", that is the PC user can only access web sites on a permitted URL list and no others! I have downloaded to my personal home computer PWB2 to test if I can create a “Walled Garden” within this product as it suggested to me that this was possible, can anyone advise how I might do this?

This was one of the original intended purposes for PWB. Use the URL filter to keep PWB on the straight and narrow. Here is a good explanation of how the PWB filters work.
