Problem with Chat on Phoenix.edu student portal

One of our patrons has run into a problem on the Phoenix.edu Student Portal. When she logs into the site, she can't post any new topics in the chat room. It load's the page and an interface for entering text. But she can't type into the text box. I'm posting this on the off-chance that anyone else has encountered this problem and has a fix or can commiserate. As far as I can tell, this is PWB-specific. But as I don't have a Phoenix log-in, I have no way to test that specifically besides asking the patron to test it.

You may want to test our version 2.11.5 Release Candidate 2 available on the Beta Download page. This new version adds JavaScript Cross-Domain Barrier and Script URL Mitigation support by default.
