I wanted chat blocked, not chateau...

I have -chat in my url.txt, but I have a patron bring to my attention that Chateau Julien Wine Estate was inaccessable, and it is (of course) due to the -chat.
Is there an easy way to keep "-chat" but nothing else ?

Above the "-chat" in the URL file, add "+Chateau", this will allow URLs with "Chateau" but still not allow sites with "Chat".

You can use Dan Lester's black list as the PWB URL file with a little modifications.
