Comments in IP.txt

This is from 2.04 but it might be an issue. I accidently enabled the CheckIP access setting and this caused the entries in the IP.txt file to block access to some Yahoo sites. It took me a while to figure out what was causing that. In future releases, could examples like that be commented out to prevent that kind of situation from happening?

We certainly can. I have changed the distributions so the next version we distribute will have the examples commented out.

Thanks! I know the error that triggered this was on my end but sometimes we have to be protected from ourselves.
