url filtering of C: doesn't work???

I'm trying to use the URL filter to deny using the PWB to browse drives. But it doesn't seem to work. Am I doing something wrong here? Here are all the different combinations I've tried:

-C:\
-file://C:
-file:///C:
-file://C:\
-etc
-etc
-games.com
-BAN.com

Use the following, the backslash has special meaning in regular expressoins which is what PWB is using starting with PWB v2.04 r4.
