Hey Scott,
We got Version 3.03.7 to work with without any of the errors we were getting before. The only thing is we have disableexit=true in the ini file and it is still allowing us to close the window using alt+F4.

We just recently added Encore to lay over our catalog. Since then when you click on external links that open in a new tab, that tab will start toggling back and forth between our website and catalog.
