What is your home page set as in the INI file?

PWB CEF 3.05.1 uses Chrome 61. The issue was introduced with the newer versions of CEF.

We are hoping to have it fully tested and released by the end of the week. Not many changes other moving to Chrome 73.

If you are using PWB CEF, try adding --disable-pinch to the command line that starts PWB. This is the Chrome command line to disable pinch-zoom.
