need help and guide to using a server based url.txt

Hi all,

I can't seem to get the url.txt to host on a server for pwb. I have database machines that need to use that url.txt to whitelist database sites and I would love to be able to update one file and have them all use the same info. How do i go about doing this? Is it possible?? Help

Basically, you login to ancestry.com and just search and look at the forms for around 10-15 minutes. After searching and looking at multiple forms and pics with the viewer, it will stop responding and lock up.

Yes, an older version of PWB was crashing as well.
The website is ancestry.com and it validates based on IP address within the library.
I haven't tried a unedited version of the INI file.
