Thanks for your response. I think we'll just change the webpage back to one that uses tables instead of just CSS code. That would be simpler for us than having to upgrade and change our configurations. I did test it out with the latest version of PWB and it was still occurring.

Tableless CSS webpages and PWB screensaver problem
We set up our PWB home page to a tableless CSS webpage but after it goes to screensaver mode, all the graphics get pushed off the page to right of the screen and we end up with a blank white page.
It does not happen to IE, it happens only to PWB. I can reproduce the bug consistently. A workaround ...
