It seems the problem was that since PWB was set to be "AlwaysOnTop=True", the screensaver would start on top of PWB, and when the inactivity timer kicked on -- regardless of whether an inactivity warning was enabled or not, PWB would activate on top of the screensaver! If PWB is quit with the ...

Shell bar buttons

Our shell bar has only one link on it. Is there a way to make this link centered across the bar? Right now it is on the left-hand side of the bar. Also, is there a way to change the size of the font on the button itself to make it more easily readable?

For some reason, I set both of these:

[Browser]
StartTimersOnMouseKeyboard=True

[Inactivity]
ResetOnMouseMove=False

and the inactivity timer's warning dialog still kicks out of the screensaver.

I believe PWB is version 2.10.3. Using IE6 with WinXP SP2.

HomePage=http://www.daytondailynews.com

InactivityAction=Home
ActivityAction=Home

I did have the activity action as exit, but every once in awhile, closing PWB results in a "Do you want to report this error to Microsoft" crash, and won't ...

Screensavers and timers

I have both an inactivity timer and an activity timer set in PWB for a system intended to be used as an internet kiosk. However, whenever the warning messages for either timer come up, if I let Windows handle the the sreensaver (a custom .scr we've put together), the screensaver quits due to Windows ...

Setting URL access list

Say I want PWB to only allow URLs from certain domains to load, such as anything from "mywebsite.com" or "suchandso.webpage.com" and to exclude everything else. Is there a way to set up a "white list" like this inside PWB, or do I need some other software to control what pages are allowed to load?

HideGUI with PWB as shell

Is there a way to have HideGUI automatically launch when PWBv2 is set as the shell?

HideGUI will not launch even when set to run from the registry if I log in as a user that has PWB set as the shell. It seems that HideGUI requires Explorer to be running in order to launch, because if I manually ...

CheckNet/Batch Files & PWB ShellBar

I currently have CheckNet starting PWBv2. However, when PWB opens, none of the links in the ShellBar show up. The whole ShellBar is basically blank. This also happens if I start PWB with a batch file. All of the other settings I've configured in the INI file show up correctly.

If I start up PWB ...
