ReCaptcha Support

Post by JGonzales55 »

Hello,

I am working on setting up a PWB as a public kiosk in our lobby to allow the public till fill out record request forms without speaking to staff. I am seeing an error when loading the form about recaptcha is not supported? I am using the CEF version of PWB and have enabled external Java. I did not download and install java separately from what is included in PWB.. What steps should I try to fix this?

Where is the captcha displayed?

When comparing PWB CEF 3.05.8 with Chrome they look the same.

Scott,

Thank you for the quick reply. My understanding is that the Captcha error is at the very bottom of the page and the captcha is a "silent" captcha. In testing when filling out the necessary fields and hitting submit it doesn't submit. You are more than welcome to submit a test if you would like.

I'm guessing this has something to do with scripts running in the background.

I see it is after the request is submitted. We did not submit the request the first time.

We are seeing the same error now. We will see if we can figure out why it is not working.

Is it going to cause an issue if we submit this request several times?

Using at least PWB CEF 3.05.8 set/add the following in your INI file.

[Security]
CheckUserAgent=True
