Pwb 3050 IE Web Page formatting problem when using /URLINI

Hello All,
I am trying to make PWB 3050 IE display our online catalog page for user kiosks. When I run the program using a shortcut that contains the /URLINI switch, the formatting of the webpage output is changed. It appears as if the webpage is center aligned. Or perhaps, my browser is being detected as a mobile browser and I am seeing the mobile version of the web page. The url for our catalog is http://www.marinlibrary.org/webpac .
If I run PWB from the pwb.exe, the web page formatting is correct. If I run PWB from a shortcut that has the /INI switch, the formatting is correct. It is only when using the /URLINI switch in the shortcut where I get the centered web page formatting.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help

The /URLINI switch downloads the INI file from the URL pointed to by the switch, and PWB reads the INI file. Make sure the INI file pointed to by the /URLINI switch is correct.
