Hi,
I run PWB v3 on all our patrons computers. I need to lock the computers down tight with access to the catalog only.I also want to have an inactivity timer set to 5 minutes.I would like to know if any other libraries would share their .ini file less registration etc so I could copy it?
Thank you!

Did you ever get the files you needed?

I too am interested in locking down a pc to act as a catalog using pwb. One of my problems is the catalog page as supplied by TLN has links at the top and bottom to go to their website and I'd like to disable those links without destroying the functionality of the catalog. Also looking for hot keys for pwb so I can get to the toolbar and navigation bar without having to go back into the ini file

Here is how to limit PWB to a single site:
https://www.teamsoftwaresolutions.com/f ... ?f=4&t=598

And more information about the PWB filters:

You can setup an Override to show the address bar in the INI file.

[Overrides]
ShowAddressBar=ShowIT

Then use the PWB Override keys (Ctrl-Alt-Shift + Insert) to show the Override dialog and enter the keyword set in the INI file.

So I hid the address bar and created an override password to unhide it and that works now, but when I want to re-hide it, it tells me that override password is not found. Does this mean that everytime I unhide the address bar I have to close the browser and reopen? If so this is a fairly pointless operation.

The [Overrides]ShowAddressBar= setting toggles the address bar.

If you are getting an "Override keyword not found" message it indicates PWB did not find the override keyword that was typed in.

Please note, the override keywords are case sensitive.
