ClearCacheOnClose

I am having an issue when using PWB v3 IE and the ClearCacheOnClose setting.
Based on what I have found is that the first time the browser is closed for the day with the ClearCacheOnClose setting set to TRUE, PWB hangs and will not restart. The PWB process hangs in memory and the browser will not restart. The only way to get the browser back is to kill the process, and reopen PWB. As soon as you reopen PWB the issue no longer appears until the computer is restarted again.
As soon as I change the ClearCacheOnClose to FALSE, the issue does not appear.
I am on the latest version of PWB IE.
A fresh INI file does not seem to have the same issues, but I'm not sure what setting in my current INI file may be causing the issue...
Just wondering if you have any thoughts on this.
I zipped a copy of our INI file (reg # removed) and attached.
