Windows XP compatability

I keep getting a message that says "PWBv3 is not a valid 32-bit Windows program". Yet I have it running on my 32-bit Windows 7 laptop. Will it not run on XP?

Starting with PWB v3.03.8, because Microsoft has dropped all support for Windows XP and we started incorporating Windows 8 feature, we have changed to using the Windows 8.1 SDK which is not compatible with Windows XP.

PWB v2 will still work with XP.

Thanks. I have a copy of 3.0.3.6 which seems to work.
