INI Updater for v3

Hello, is there a chance you will release an INI updater for V3 like we had for V2? Would be very helpfull to be able to upgrade to newer point releases without having to keep track of every change we make in the INI on a seperate sheet and then manually re configure the new one (or go through and compare line by line) to transfer over our current configuration.

We are planning on it when we fully integrate the Chromium engine into PWB v3.

Hello! Now that the chrome version has been out a while is there any update on the ini updater? Having to manually compare the ini files really keeps me from updating as much as I would like to.
