Closing PWB and Opening a new program

Anyone have any ideas on how I would do this?

I Have tried using a bat file with pwbstop and it seems to work but still pops up a MS command window which is unwanted by my boss.

We could probably write an application to do this. How do you intend to execute the "application", from a Shortcut?
