PWB v2.09.1 was release. PWB v2.09.1 includes the following enhancements.

Fixed URL not showing when main window addressbar not showing.

Added appending a "~" to the Shellbar shortcut name will place a separator after the button in the bar.
Added inactivity timer action "Redraw", which refreshes the current web page and redraws the PWB window.
Added updating window to inactivity "Home" action.
