new OLEACC.DLL error in 95/98

Hi,

Tried setting up PWB2 on some of our older OPAC's running 95 and 98. PWB ran fine for one full day on the 98 stations, the next day it would not load and gave a "The OLEACC.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem." Attempting to manually register the .DLL file yields the following message:

"LoadLibrary("file") failed. GetLastError returns 0x0000045a."

This is with using the OLEACC.DLL file you have provided on the website.

For now we're using PWB 1.x on those stations, but I'd like to find out what the problem is. Thanks!

That was the first thing I tried. We're running it off of a network share, so it should be in the folder where the PWB.EXE file is located, correct?

It seems very strange to me though that it would work one day (this is on our Win98 stations), but not the next.

It is strange that it would work one day and not the next.

PWB should be able to find the DLL in the network folder.
