PWB and Adobe Acrobat

Post by Guest »

I am having trouble with Adobe Acrobat reader and PWB. When you open up a PDF it opens in a browser. If I want to print it and I do a File Print or click on the print button it only prints one page. Can I print the whole pdf from within the browser or do I have to open up adobe in a new window then print from Adobe??

Just to check - you're using the printer icon on the Acrobat Reader toolbar, correct? The PWB print buttons and menu options don't control plugins like Acrobat Reader, just like in IE.

Hi,

As far as I know, you have to use the printer icon in the Acrobat Reader plugin, the regular IE (or in this case, PWB) print buttons will not work correctly. Usually, our patrons come up to the desk without anything at all being printed, after clicking the PWB print button.

Hope that helps!

To make Acrobat Reader open in a separate window, disable its BHO in IE.
