Printing

PWB looks great and we're in the process of getting a PO cut for it.

There's a couple small glitches we've found, but the only one that presents a real problem is that printing started via JScript (with window.print()) opens the regular print dialog - the PWB print settings don't affect it. If it's possible to hook the JScript call as well, that'd be great.
