PWB v 2.03 Closes with error

I have PWB v2.03 on Windows XP(12/2/02 release)

. when a limited user uses PWB to open a restricted webpage, it reports an error (to send/not send to MS) and shuts down PWB. When using with the local administrator, everything is fine...BTW, I am using the IP.txt to limit websites.

What's causing this?

It sounds like a permissions problem. Make sure the limited users has access to the IP.txt file.
