We have been trying to use PWB as an alternative for IE with our Citrix farm due to the ability to configure via INI file and easily bring the settings across multiple servers. Unfortunately, when trying to use our WinTerms to connect to PWB and click on a link that opens a new page, it comes up with a grey screen. If I run it while consoled into the server, it works.
Is this even possible??? I am pulling out what's left of my hair on this.

PWB was originally designed for use on Terminal Servers and we still use in our Library via a Terminal Server, so I assure you it does work on Terminal Servers.
Are you using PWB as a Published Application?
If you are getting a grey screen, it sounds like the WinTerm is connecting to the Server but the server is not running PWB as a published application.
