catalog "request" button not working

PWB (v2.10.9) is not opening a window on our library catalog when the "request item" is clicked.

Here is a link to a title in our catalog. In IE and FF a window pops up to prompt for barcode/PIN - in PWB we get nothing.

Is there a link on the web page that needs to be clicked?

We are getting no prompts when opening the page with IE, FireFox, Chrome, or PWB.

Try using PWB v2.11 Release Candidate 1 currently available on the Beta Downloads page.

YES -- click on "request item" -- that should open a window prompting for card number and PIN.

Just try the link above in 2.10.9 and click on the "request item" button - should be a pop-up but nada. Our patrons are trying to place requests from our catalog and public computers and can not
