In Windows Vista/7 or newer the "Program Files" folder is read only. To edit the PWB configuration (INI) file, copy the INI file to the Desktop, or other location, edit the file as needed, and then copy the file back into the Program Files folder.

With Windows Vista/7 or newer depending on the location you have installed PWB you may need to open the INI file as an administrator even though you
are logged on as one.
