I'm working on an internal web page to allow users to get to approved links. I started with PWB v3, but because of rendering issues, and that PWB v3 doesn't follow links to shortcuts on the same web page, I tried switching to PWB v3 CEF. I'm having the same problem with PWB v2.11 running on Windows 7. Internet Explorer is uninstalled. I don't see anything in the INI file for compatibility mode. Removing everything in the CheckURLFile except +all doesn't improve performance.
