We do have Win7 64 bit machines and using the v2.144 PWB we don't have this problem.
The ones we are having the problem with are the other machines which are XP with IE8. They are on PWB 2.10, I've tested with 2.11 and the 2.114 you pointed out and the problem still persists.

Using IE 8.0.6001.18702 on the XP machines.
I tried the v2.114 beta and still have the same results.
Updated Flash and JAva just to make sure and still the same results.

Sorry for such a late reply. Work can get away from you at times.
That may have been the issue. I'll really know by tomorrow when the policy is made permanent.

Lately, if our public machines are rebooted PWB will give this error:
"Encountered a sharing violation while accessing URL.txt."

PWB will not open until this box is closed. After that, it runs fine. ntil it is booted again.
