Just try the link above in 2.10.9 and click on the "request item" button - should be a pop-up but nada. Our patrons are trying to place requests from our catalog and public computers and can not

We are getting no prompts when opening the page with IE, FireFox, Chrome, or PWB.

Try using PWB v2.11 Release Candidate 1 currently available on the Beta Downloads page.

Upgrading the current version of PWB should correct the problem.

PWB (v2.10.9) is not opening a window on our library catalog when the "request item" is clicked.

Since upgrading to 2.093 did not work would you consider adding execute as an activity action (similar to the inactivity action)?

I upgraded to 2.093 but it still acts the same way.
I can not get it to reboot after the activity timeout.

Here is a copy if the inactivity and activity sections of our INI:
(note -- the inactivity action that is executed is a BAT file that reboots the computer)

The "reboot" action has never worked for us...

We'd like our express computers to reboot after the activity timer is expired. The activityaction=reboot does not work for us -- it did not work on the inactivity timer either. To get our computers to reboot after the inactivity timer we had to the the "execute" action to run a BAT file. We'd like ...

This did the trick.
So we should remove the:

[Inactivity]
...
IgnoreHomePageRefresh=True

from our INI file?

We have installed v. 2.09 and added:

[Inactivity]
...
IgnoreHomePageRefresh=True
...

to our INI file. The homepage refresh is still triggering the inactivity timer.

Any help would be appreciated!

Any way to set PWB to ignore this type of refresh and monitor only real keyboard or mouse activity?

If not -- could you consider adding it?
