Unless I have missed something, has the popup enable/disable button not made it into version 3 yet. I have some patron asking for the ability to enable and disable popups when they need to.

I noticed that PWB defaults to legacy IE compatibility view mode. Is there any way to set it to use IE 8 standards mode instead?
