The end result of this was that Syndetics was able to remove the Print button from our profile. Not quite sure why the Print button did not show for Scott.

After you get to that page, select the Summary link. The window that opens is where the Print button is. Sorry for not being more clear.

We were running 2.0.4 as our default shell. I upgraded everything to 2.10.7 and I am now getting errors accessing files. Can you tell me what changed with the default shell to the new version?

Thanks for that info. We upgraded to 2.10.7 and the access.rtf dialog box now opens without a scroll bar. One minor detail, the dialog box opens and sits at the bottom of the screen. Any way to get the box to appear in the middle of the screen?

Hello, I am using version 2.04 and have created an access.rtf file for use with the url deny dialog box. The text of the .rtf file cannot be read without using the scrollbar. I have added individual urls to the url.txt file. That does not stop the empty window from appearing. It seems that the only problematic links are ones that have target=_blank and open new windows.

I made a change in the .ini file:

[SecondWindow]
OpeninParentWindow=True

This appears to have stopped the empty window problem.
